Synere Group engaged Hypnotic to design and build websites for four brands within the group—Synere, Inovocorte, Muvv, and Antropos—as part of a broader digital transformation that included the corporate platform, synere.pt.
The challenge was not merely communicative, but structural: multiple brands, audiences, and identities needed to coexist within a single ecosystem—without friction, duplication, or content overload.
Synere acts as a cluster brand, aggregating several engineering companies under one vision. The website needed to establish Synere clearly at group level, express its values, and serve as a strategic gateway to the other brands—without overshadowing or diluting their individual product narratives.
The communication signature, “Tomorrow’s Engineering Today,” reflects an engineering mindset that anticipates needs, responds before questions are asked, and shapes the future through technical expertise, innovation, and human sensitivity.
One system. Four brands. Zero friction.
Instead of designing four isolated platforms, we created a single white-label framework shared across the group and adaptable by theme, content, and visual identity. This system allows each brand to express its identity while maintaining consistency, coherence, and manageability across the ecosystem.
The principles were straightforward: one shared design system, a scalable content structure, multiple brand expressions, and minimal operational overhead. Content is organised by themes rather than pages, so brands can pull from the same logic without being constrained to identical layouts.
Built on Sanity Studio, the platform supports long-term scalability: content can be managed by portal and theme, reused intelligently, and evolved without duplication or manual workarounds. The result is a flexible structure designed to grow with the group rather than be rebuilt with every expansion.
Synere.pt serves as the strategic entry point for the group. Its role is not to compete with product brands, but to frame the ecosystem, clarify the vision, and guide users—clients, partners, and candidates—to the right brand and information.
The UX is structured and intuitive, with clear navigation and a strong information hierarchy that reduces cognitive load across complex content. The UI is modular and systematic, built from a shared component library to ensure consistency while remaining flexible across brand contexts. Strong typography, controlled spacing, and high-contrast colour blocks reinforce clarity and confidence, while all components adapt seamlessly to each brand’s colour system.
Motion is subtle and purposeful, guiding attention and reinforcing hierarchy without distraction. Across sections such as About, Business Areas, Leadership, Quality Policy, and Careers, the interface balances Synere’s forward-looking ambition with the credibility of a 50‑year engineering group.
The platform was built with performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability as core requirements.
The frontend uses React and Next.js with server-side rendering for speed and SEO performance. Tailwind CSS supports a responsive, system-driven UI, while GSAP and Lenis handle motion and scrolling with precision and restraint.
Content is managed through Sanity Studio, a modular and multilingual CMS designed to scale with the organisation. Forms integrate with Egoi, aligning with existing HR and recruitment workflows. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager support performance tracking and optimisation, and Google Maps is integrated where relevant.
Every technical decision prioritised performance and maintainability without compromising flexibility, ensuring the platform remains robust as the Synere ecosystem continues to evolve.
