Kombustíveis by Kuanto Kusta Website & App

KuantoKusta partnered with us to build Kombustíveis—a platform that helps users find the most affordable fuel options nearby, in real time. The mission: turn a robust fuel price database into a fast, accessible tool across web and mobile. The solution had to be responsive, intuitive, and ready to handle thousands of daily searches.

We developed a full-stack system optimized for clarity, speed, and scale. The platform pulls fuel prices directly from DGEG (Directorate-General for Energy and Geology) and presents them through dynamic charts tracking price variation over 30 days, 3 months, and 6 months.

The interface prioritizes essential actions: locate, filter, compare. We implemented geolocation, instant search, and smooth UI flows—ensuring consistency between the web platform and mobile app.

Each station profile includes full operational details, such as fuel types, operating hours, and available services. On the backend, we built a system that handles frequent data updates and integrates seamlessly with KuantoKusta’s infrastructure.

An ad management feature was also integrated—allowing the internal team to control, rotate, and monetize banner placements across the platform.

The Shell First website delivers a modern, responsive experience that highlights Shell’s network, product range, and marketing partnerships. Clear navigation makes it easy to find relevant information, while the loyalty section was built to encourage fast sign-ups and increase customer participation.

The Kombustíveis app mirrors the website logic and backoffice—offering a seamless user experience across platforms. Built with React Native + Expo, it provides smooth cross-platform performance and uses Google Maps to deliver accurate, location-based results on the go.

The platform was developed using Next.js for high-performance rendering and fast navigation, paired with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for clean, responsive interface design. Google Maps powers location-based search and mapping features on both web and mobile. The mobile app was built with React Native and Expo, ensuring smooth cross-platform functionality and a consistent user experience. On the backend, we used Strapi CMS to manage multilingual content and advertisements, giving KuantoKusta full control over updates. The system integrates real-time fuel data from DGEG, and includes Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track usage and optimize performance. Everything was built with scalability and long-term evolution in mind.
