This includes ensuring a smooth transition for secondary students and adults who require customer service interaction before registration, as well as implementing features like account management, reservation processes, and payment options that are user-friendly and efficient.

The project, developed over 4 months, combines innovative solutions with expert knowledge from Hypnotic Solutions. It focuses on user account management, reservation processes tailored to various customer segments, and seamless payment integration using Stripe. Emphasizing scalability, security, and user-centric design, the solution ensures GDPR compliance and accessibility across devices and browsers. Integration with platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, and Constant Contact enhances functionality, communication, and payment processing capabilities, providing a streamlined and secure experience for British Council customers.
